I get my Huggies Snug&Dry diapers in bulk at a Sam's Club that competes with a nearby Costco; so I get them less expensively than I would elsewhere--even another nearby Sam's Club. I think they are a little better at containing than the Member's Mark I've gotten for years, and definitely thinner and thus that much easier to pack and store, etc.
I've had a few leak-throughs a couple different times when I've forgotten to change as frequently as I should, but overall they've been great, even overnight--and this from a mom who used to consistently pay extra (something I try not to do much (pay extra)) get Huggies Overnites to buy a little more sleep while still keeping my kids reasonably dry. The gathers around the legs work, the tabs are strong enough, I haven't had diaper rash problems that seem to be related to these, they don't seem to sag and they don't seem uncomfortable for my kids, as diapers go.
I would try not to pay a lot extra for these, but since they're only a few dollars more for the same amount as Member's Mark and not significantly more effective, but they're definitely worth those couple of dollars right now! If I do go back to Member's Mark for a while after Huggies 5's are outgrown (Member's Mark seem to run larger than Huggies and other brands, so I'd get a fair amount more diapers for a fair amount less money for a bit), it will hurt some!
Don't forget that the bulk-size boxes are great for packing and for kids' play, too--but that's not specific to Huggies. :)
NOTE: the reviewer indicated that they received a sample of Huggies Snug and Dry
