Huggies Overnites Diapers Review

My 17 month old son has always been a big baby - right from the start.  I have had such a tough time finding diapers that fit him dry, don't sag, and don't leak - ESPECIALLY COME NIGHT TIME!!  Even at this age - 17 months - I was waking up 1-2 times a night to check on him to make sure he didn't leak through his diaper while asleep.  On of my mommy friends then tol me about Huggies Overnights.  I admit I was skeptical at firt.  Being a first time mom I didn't really believe that overnigt diapers were that much more absorbant than the regular ones.  But being my friend is a mom of two boys, I trusted her.  I went to Wal-Mart and bought a mega box of the Size 6 Huggies overnights.  Immediately you can see how much thicker they are!  They go on easy, have the wide elastic straps that you can velcro on and off, and sit high in the back and in the front.  They also have cute Disney pictures on the front.  The first night I still got up at my usual time to check on my son - expecting him to be wet in the belly area.  TO my WONDERFUL surprise - NOTHING!!!!!  I was so excited!  When I got up again a fewhours - STILL DRY!  and he slept through the night!!!  I am guessing that being wet all thos enights made him very uncomfortable and woud wake him from his sleep!!!!!  In teh morning when I changed him, the diiaper felt like it weighed 10 pounds - LOL - but it toally held up!  I just LOVE LOVE LOVE Thise overnights!  I just really wish that Huggies owuld now start making them in a size 7!
