Huggies Baby Wipes with Shea Butter, Fresh Scent —

Huggies is a name that many people recognize whether it is for diapers, wipes, pull ups, swimmers, or bath products.  Huggies Wipes with Shea Butter, is one of their selection of wipes, available with the special moisturizing of shea butter.

Fast Facts about  Huggies Wipes with Shea Butter

  • comes in a plastic container with a pop- up top
  • easy to remove wipes
  • plastic top lid keep the baby wipes moist
  • opening to remove more than one wipe at a time (I use it to refill my travel wipe box) or refill with a new package
  • alcohol free
  • lightly scented
  • special ingredient known as Peg- 50 Shea butter, which helps to moisturize and protect your baby' skin
  • look for the yellow box

My Viewpoint:  Huggies Wipes with Shea Butter comes in a package of 72 wipes rather than the customary 80. The price is still the same, so you are paying a slightly higher rate per wipe for these wipes then with other Huggies wipes. A mega pack of 224 Huggies Wipes with Shea Butter is also available.

Shea butter contains certain fats, moisturizers, and vitamins that make it good for the skin. It also contains cinnamic acid- an ingredient that protects against the harmful UV rays from the sun. Shea butter helps skin cell regeneration and capillary circulation and it helps heal small wounds as well as act as a soothing cream for skin burns.

Huggies Wipes with Shea Butter are truly the best!  The thick pads make it easy to clean up the messiest of diapers, the shea butter provides not only soothing to your babies bottom but also a clean moisturizing layer of protection. There is no greasiness and they smell wonderful Because of the thickness and the ability to clean up really bad diaper messes, even though they costs more they also last longer than cheaper wipes that contain more wipes (like the 80 pack). I have even been able to cut some in half for easy pee pee messes cleaning, making them last even longer.

My only complaint is that the feed sometimes doesn't always work on the package, meaning I have to open it up, then re-feed/thread the wipe through.  But this is a small annoyance, and I would much rather pay for the quality of these wipes and have that small problem - which to be honest many baby wipe containers have.

Huggies Wipes with Shea Butter sell in a package of 72 for a cost of about $2.99. Most of the time I have a .50 off coupon which Kroger's doubles making the cost of these baby wipes similar to those of the store brand but a whole lot better quality.  They are my absolute first choice when it comes to baby wipes.

I use wipes for myself and family. We take them to the lake with us and use them to clean up because the only water is the lake water. These sound good even for adults!

It's weird, my grandson is allergic to the Huggies diapers but the wipes work just fine and my daughter prefers them over other brands too!
