I recently purchased a refurbished HP dv6t laptop computer with 4gb of memory, an intel duo-core processor and 160gb hardrive with a lightscribe dvd burning drive. My previous laptop, a Compaq presario F572us, had non-working usb problems and I use them all the time in my home based graphic design business. That is why I purchased the new laptop. This Hp Pavilion dv6000 notebook with Vista worked great while I had the great warrenty for a whole year and the day after the Warrenty ran out the computer suddenly needed a package code to be able to function properly, the volume stopped working, and HP support tells me I need to purchase a whole lot of stuff because it's not their fault the computer is now broken.
