"Buying experience was great. Shipping was prompt and tracking was right on! The notebook is great. Nice bright graphics, good sound, keyboard is good size and keys are pretty big. Connected to internet pretty quickly. CD R/W works great. Shiny black top with silver color stripe around the edge and silver color across the bottom incl. touchpad. I love it! Getting used to Vista is a different issue."
