Hp G60-235DX Review

This laptop is perfect for the price! It shipped the same day the order was processed and I got it the next day! It's fast, has lots of memory, and comes just as described. Great for everyday use. It has a nice size screen for watching movies on the bus. I was able to watch an entire 2 hour movie and still have 30% battery life left. Since I feel it's pretty much perfect, I'll focus on the few flaws I found with it... Flaws: 1. Mine came without the Caps Lock key light working, however I brought it to Staples who shipped it out to HP for me (since you get a 90 day warranty and Staples takes in HP machines) and I got it back in exactly one week with that issue fixed and everything else working perfectly. All of this was done at no cost at all. 2. I like the webcam quality (although my last one was probably as cheap as they come), but the YouCam software that comes with it crashes every single time I try to use one of the avatars it comes with. I have no problems with the other features and this doesn't really matter to me. 3. It's very heavy. I've never had a laptop before, so I can't really compare it to anything, but it's definitely a lot to lug around on trips, which is what I bought it for. It does come with the 10 number keypad on the right as shown in the picture. It's pretty skinny but if it were any larger it would take away from the full size keyboard and be more difficult to type. It's perfect for my tiny hands, though. It's slightly different than the picture because the keyboard is silver, but this also doesn't matter to me. Other than that, I definitely recommend you buy this.
