When I was shopping around for a new laptop I accidently found my HP G60 and it has been nothing short of great ever since.  It is light weight, easily to take places, and has all the stadard software for someone like me.  I have recommended HP to others since the purchace of my laptop and 3 people have already purchased and love their own HP laptops.  Setting it up was easy as 1, 2, 3, and although I was a little skeptical about Windows Vista it has turned out to be extremely user friendly, and very nice to look at.  I also opted for the 16 inch screen which was ideal because I can have many...

I love my HP G60 computer.  This is a very nice computer for the amount that I paid for it.  It has a great amount of memory and is pretty fast.  I also enjoy the wireless capabilities which allows me to travel with my computer or sit outside on the patio while checking email.  It is sturdy and lightweight.  Has a nice sleek finish and the color is awesome.  I purchased this computer for schoolwork and to play around on the internet and it does both well.  I have not played dvds on it yet, but I am sure it will work fine.  My only draw back is the volume.  It does not get very loud . ...

We got this laptop because it was on sale for a decent price.  While I'm not thrilled with HP's customer service, their equipment is generally pretty dependable.  This laptop has been no different.

It's been a pretty dependable machine, fairly fast and nice looking.  Some comparably priced machines, like Acer, simply don't look or feel as nice.  The HP (and Compaq) looks much nicer than comparable machines.  

The sound level seems to be lower than the Gateway it replaced, but external speakers can fix that too.  It's plenty loud enough for the average person.

The HP G60 series of notebooks offer a wide variety of uses. With the wide 16:9 screen, images and movies are High Definition and better than I have ever seen on a regular desktop. The HPG60-235DX Notebook Personal Computer is a good computer for the price. This computer cost my dad about four hundread dollars. Although this computer might not be the most advanced peice of technology that is avaiable or have the most advanced features a laptop can have, it will get me through Baylor University and allow me to do what I need to do and help me earn a degree from Baylor University so that I can earn a spot at a medical school so that I can become a doctor. Love this computer.  It was very affordable and works great.  Have had it for the past six months and no problems at all.  Speed and memory are just enough.  Battery life is good.  Meets all my needs for photos, processing and internet usage.  A great buy!

My Hewlett Packard laptop had just broke down so I had to buy a new laptop.
