Hp G60-235DX Notebook PC Review

We got this laptop because it was on sale for a decent price.  While I'm not thrilled with HP's customer service, their equipment is generally pretty dependable.  This laptop has been no different.

It's been a pretty dependable machine, fairly fast and nice looking.  Some comparably priced machines, like Acer, simply don't look or feel as nice.  The HP (and Compaq) looks much nicer than comparable machines.  

The sound level seems to be lower than the Gateway it replaced, but external speakers can fix that too.  It's plenty loud enough for the average person.

You can't go wrong if you're looking for a low cost laptop for everyday use.  This will not be a great gaming machine, but overall is a nice machine.
