House Wine - K Vintners , 2004 Review

House Wine was a total surprise. I bought it with friends for a dinner party just because we liked the fact that it was red and had an interesting label. The name of this bottle truly fits because it's simple and made to be a staple at your home. If you enjoy a mixture of red grapes, you should definintly give House Wine a try. Comprised of 70% Cabernet, 25% Merlot and 5% Syrah - it's a smooth mix. We tried it with a pasta dinner and red sauce and it was totally fitting. Next time, I plan on having it with dark chocolate because the wine really pulls a deep, rich fruit flavor.

Shockingly, this wine is made in Walla Walla, Washington. Who would have thought? I want to shake the hand of the person who created the logo. It's hilarious and shows that you can have amazing wine that doesn't take itself too seriously!
