I love this site for fun hotel travel. You don't know what hotel you are getting until you book but you can pick the area and star rating. And the prices can't be beat. Plus, it is a neat surprise to see what hotel you are getting.  I have used this site many times in many different cities and have never been dissapointed.  Sometimes I even book a hotel in my own city as an inexpensive get away - that is how great the prices are!!
