I am very happy with this microwave and would highly recomend it to my family and friends. It is user friendly, acurate, and alows you to customise settings. It is so easy that even my seven year old and ten year old know how to work it. Further more it is easy to clean! Performance I have done everything from cook pizza rolls, to defrost frozen meat, to poping popcorn, and heating hot coco in this microwave and have always gotten wonderful results. It cook evenly and is acurate to pakaging instrucions most of the time. Settings/Features It has preset options for things like popcorn, and it also allows you to set settings the way you want them. You can set it for low, medium, or high as well as by the minute and second. I also appreciate the clock featutre. Ease of Cleaning This microwave has a relitivly nonporus interior and a removable plate that make cleaning it a breeze. I generaly put a large bowl of water in it and cook it to a boil then turn off the microwave and let it sit for about ten minutes. After this I remove the bowl and just whip the dirt out. Works like a charm everytime, even on exploded crusted spagetti O's! Ease of Use As I said before my kids even use this machine. Durability We have had absolutly no problems with this microwave. Design It is attractive and simple, it looks great in my kittchen.

this microwave oven is the easiest to operate of any microwave I've ever owned. it also has many convenient settings that I actually use and are not complicated to use such as a beverage setting-press the button and on the display you have a choice of 4oz, 8oz or 12 oz. the auto-defrost feature is just as simple to use-you're asked the weight of the item to be defrosted and start, during the cycle there will be a beep and the display prompts to turn the food, start and so on until the item is defrosted there is a quick start menu-minute cook, press 1-6 for the minutes you want and it starts immediately-there is an "add 30 sec" button you can press any time during cooking the reheat button is also a well used feature with all the settings conveniently posted just under the rotating dish for reheating pasta, fruits and vegetables, pizza, casseroles, 2-3 foods etc and believe it or not the food comes out perfectly heated. everything on this microwave oven is easy to operate and works as expected with all the basic instructions conveniently posted just inside the door below the rotating plate the timer feature I use for all kinds of things not even cooking related and makes up for the fact that my stove has no timer on it. I highly recommend this product after 9 months of everyday use Performance excellent Settings/Features sensible and easy to use Ease of Cleaning very easy, the rotating plate and wheels are removable Ease of Use simple with instructions right on the product where they won't wear off Durability after 9 months of everyday use is still like brand new Design maximum convenience

We love our microwave oven. It heats very quickly and very often only needs the minimum cooking time to get food really hot. Numbers 1-6 on the unit are "quick cooking" buttons so all you need to do is push the one button and your microwave will automatically start cooking for the corresponding amount of minutes i.e. 1=1 minute. It also has some other preset buttons such as popcorn, beverage and reheat. It is very large and will accommodate most any dish you would want to put in it. It is a simple pull open door so no worries about a button breaking and not being able to get the door open. The only drawback I can even think of is that there is not a potato preset button, one that we actually would use but that in itself is not a huge deal. Such a great microwave.
