Hotels.com — 

WOrst customer service ever. PromiseĀ  the lowest price, B.S.!!!! I make a rservation for $62 via hotels.com, I arrived at the hotel, and they charge me $79 +tax. When I call and complain, they talk to me for 20 minutes offering vaucher and explaining for next 15 minutes, how vaucher works...I hang up, I need place to sleep, not there stupidĀ  vaucher...

When You cancel reservation, You pay fee, Where they scrue You, they laugh ..
