While it is searching, it gives you "quick facts" about the area and an attraction. It is nice to have something to read when the site is otherwise occupied doing the search. When you view the hotels, it provides you with the Trip Advisor rating along with details about the hotel's location and ameneties. It will also pull up events and articles about the city you are searching on the right column. I like that there is so much information with just one click. Overall, this is a great site to get ideas from and to check rates. Ease of Use It is very easy to find hotels through that search option. Features For a site just limited to hotel information, the site offers a lot of nice features. You can search for a hotel in your desired city/area (they also have a search broken down my country). There are "hot deals", an easy way to connect to customer service and articles about a variety of travel related topics. I also like the added "fun" features of having a time zone and currency converter. The currency converter was a very helpful link when I was looking at tours and museum admission prices that were listed in Euros. It helped me easily figure out how much I was spending.

The customer service that I received while making my hotel plans was very helpful and courteous. The pictures on the site were exactly how the room looked, so there was no disappointments when we arrived. The room that we rented was everything the site showed it would be. When we did arrive, everything was already taken care of. There was no waiting or paperwork to fill out, all we had to do was show our reservation confirmation and Identification and we were finished and in our room. The rate that we received was a great bargain and remarkably cheaper than if we had rented a room without using Hoteltravel.com. I received a great room at a perfect price by using Hoteltravel.com. I will continue to use them for all of my hotel stay reservations. I would most definitely recommend this website to everyone whether you are planning an overnight stay or extended.

I found that this website has the cheapest deals and the best packages compared to all other websites and the prices of the hotel packages are the best part. You can get a hotel package for as low as $500 where $112 is the minimum rate per person for a night and the best food and facilities are available in this amount. Other hotels which are 3 star hotels, the rate per person is only $25 which is really amazing. The website promises to offer the cheapest and most reasonable packages anywhere on the Internet and also waves off the booking fees which is charged by other websites. I also have checked online comparing the prices on this website and other websites of the same hotels and found them very reasonable and I could afford almost any package on the website. I purchased only one package and saved about 30% on the entire package. There are reviews also available on the website which helped me a lot while making my purchase.

Recently stayed at Austria Trend Hotel Messe Wien by using this site. I aready made up my mind to stay at the hotel, so not really need to read reviews, but found that the reviews there seem trustful, meaning no fake reviews as long as I have gone through. Although it's got a IM customer service whcih is great, the hotline is not free and there seems no call center in Europe.

Although I didn't know this site before contacting them I was possitively surprised. The rates are good even if most booking sites have almost always the same rates but what really makes the difference here is the customer service. You can contact the customer service via online chat. They took the time to listen to what I need. I was looking for hotels in Paris for my trip in May and they made me good suggestions according to what I was ready to spend and where I planned to go. They were very patient and not pushy! I will use them again!

well i've just made a sucsessful hotel reservation with this website, and i was that impressed with the prices and service i recieved that it prompted me to write this review. booked a hotel in rome, with very short notice and came across this website, i've never used them before and i hadn't come across them in the past. so at the beginning i was a little unsure but after speaking to their customer service and doing a little research, i was confident enough to move forward with my booking, i mean really cheap and i looked at 10 websites, hoteltravel.com were by far the cheapest hotel reservation website for the dates i needed worth a look at if you are looking at booking hotels online.
