Nice Rooms in the Heart of San Jose

Hotel Presidente is a very good quality hotel in the heart of downtown San Jose, Costa Rica. It's a fairly spartan hotel, but everything it lacks in features, it gives back in the quality of the rooms.

Feature-wise though, it's not up to the standards you'd expect of an upscale corporate hotel. There's no swimming pool, no exercise room, and no concierge service. Room service is not available. The small parking lot next door is dusty and insecure, and its usually full anyway.
