I have or have had just about every carrier on the market. An unadjustable sling like the hotsling is a great easy type of sling to use during casual activity. I say this because leaning over may result in your child tipping or falling out. The sling is not unsafe but as with all carriers you have… read full review »

I am a breastfeeding, cloth diapering, babywearing mother of two girls.  I LOVE slings and I thought the Hotsling was the perfect answer until I realized that with a few yeards of fabric and a few straigt seams on a sewing machine I could make the same for a few dollars instead of… read full review »

I've had several baby carriers, and the Hotsling is by far my favorite.  My son is very colicky, and the Hotsling has been a lifesaver.  He wants to be held all the time.  As a mom of a two year-old as well, I have to be able to attend to her in addition to my baby.  The Hotsling allows me to hold my baby and help him feel secure while I'm doing other things.  When going to the grocery store, my little girl is still small enough that she needs to ride in the cart so she sits in the cart while I carry my baby in the sling.  It's so easy to slip him in and out of… read full review »

I bought a hotsling for my second son after reading several good things about it from other moms. I loved my hotsling as did my son! The only drawback that I really came across was that it was a little difficult to master putting him in and getting him out at first. Once I got the hang of it, it wasn't a big deal, though. I spent a lot of my maternity leave at the library with my infant son peacefully napping while I perused the books. It's also great for discreet breastfeeding. When he did get a little fussy in the sling, I was able to breastfeed very discreetly, no matter where I was. — —… read full review »

Hotslings are great pouches.  Their fabrics are so cute and comfortable, and they last through wash after wash...very important for a baby product!  I have a pouch that I received when my son was my daughter's age - over two years ago - and it's as pretty and comfortable as it was when I wore him in it as an infant.  In fact, it's supportive enough that I can still wear him for short periods in it even… read full review »

A very verstile baby carrier that will last from newborn until 30lbs approx. It comes in many stylish fabrics and is very easy to wear. It doesn't cause shoulder pain or back pain, in fact it Baby feels like they are hardly there yet they have an awesome view of the world. — There are many benefits to babywearing and the Hotsling will prove addicting once you give it a… read full review »

I love baby slings and so does my baby. She falls asleep almost instantly when put in it. Now that she is 4 months she can sit upright and look around when I am shopping.  Slings are so much easier than lugging a big, bulky stroller around town and are not as… read full review »

Hotslings Pouches are wonderful products.  They are the easiest type of baby carrier to use because there are no adjustments that need to be made once you get the correct size.  Once you have the proper fit, you can get a ton of work done because you have 2 hands to do work instead of juggling baby with one hand and trying to do the work with the other hand.  It is also fabulous to have a Hotslings with 2 children because I can wear the baby in the Hotslings Pouch while playing with my older child therefore it reduces sibling rivalry because the older child isn't being… read full review »

I bought a hotsling after having my 3rd child.  She desperately wanted to be held all the time, but that became very challenging with 2 other little ones.  Once I bought the sling, my daughter was so comfy and cozy--it probably felt like being in the womb again since she was so snug by my belly.  — — For me, it allowed me to have both hands free to play with my other children, prepare dinner, eat meals, etc. —  Now that my youngest is just about a year, I can use the sling as support instead of using my arm muscles to carry her on my hip.  We just… read full review »

Hotslings pouches are beautiful, simple, and surprisingly comfortable.  They work from birth through toddlerhood, too, unlike the ugly and more expensive frontpacks they often compete with.  Don't let the simplicity of design fool you into thinking it doesn't work, or that something with clips and straps would be better ... Hotslings pouches are quite comfortable and utilitarian.  They fold down small enough to easily stash in a diaper bag, and they work for carrying a baby on your front, hip, or (with a baby with head and torso control) back.  I remember… read full review »

I wish I had one of these when my oldest was an infant.  Of course, times have changed and new products are always being introduced.  I was an avid user of a front pouch carrier - even when it killed my back.  After having a near mishap with the front carrier, I knew it was time for a change. —  I bought this sling when my fifth child was about a month old.  He LOVED it!  He loved being cuddled and close to me.  I was able to get things done around the house and go about my shopping in the stores or attending to my other children with two hands.… read full review »

I love this sling. My kids are only 20 months apart and I purchased for my second. I don't know how I would have survived without this sling. It's so wonderful, totally cute (not like those hippie ring slings that I could never get right anyway), and my baby loves it. I wear it around the house, out walking, at the grocery store and it's great for the park or play dates. I can chase my older child around while the baby is safe and comfy. I had the Baby Bjorn with my son and this is so much better because it's more comfortable, easy to get in and out AND the baby can sleep it… read full review »

While I cannot use this product since my daughter absolutely hated it, I can say that it is well made and stylish. I ordered one size which was too small so I ordered the next size up thinking that would solve the problem. My daughter hated the next size as well. Her head was sunk in there and I was afraid that she would suffocate let alone the fact that she just did not look comfy. I think it was too smothering. They say babies are supposed to feel comforted by being so close to the body, but not mine! In my opinion, just carry your baby. They end up being out in front of you that you can't… read full review »

At first, I wasn't too sure that my Hotsling would work for me. I wondered if I'd gotten the correct size. The reason for my doubts was that my baby HATED it while he was in the newborn "cradle" position. I think he disliked the closed-in feeling he had with the fabric up against him. Then, after he turned about 3-4 months and was able to sit up a bit more, he could be positioned so that he could see and this has been a lifesaver ever since. He's now 9 months old and still sits comfortably in the sling. He loves being "worn" and I love having him close too. The hotsling is light and easy to… read full review »

I bought this product when I had my second child. I was replacing a more well know brand (which doesn't work that great) with this one because it seemed more sleek and practical. It was worth every penny! I was able to wear my second while chasing my first and keep both close while out shopping. It also helped me to avoid using a double stroller as often because I would wear one and stroller the other in our single stroller. I would recommend hotslings - but try to find a store that sells them so you can try it on first. The sizes really, really make a difference and if it isn't a… read full review »

I finally discovered the Hotsling with my last baby.  I have used a variety of slings over the past few years and have never found one that was both easy to use and comfortable.  I dealt with back pain, clumsy buckles, belts and slides.  Slings I needed another adult to help me put on.  Slings where I nearly dropped my son on his head.  Low and behold the savior that is the Hotsling!  So easy to use!  No instruction videos or manuals needed.  Extra comfortable and available in lots of stylish fabrics!  Plus I can just roll it up and toss it in my… read full review »
