Hot Coupon World is the best place to start if you are new to using coupons.

With the economy being as it is today, I had to learn to adjust my spending. Coupons were a nice start. HCW taught me the correct way to use coupons to get the most bang for my buck. They also show each week what coupons are needed for each store you may frequent. They have the best members to answer any questions you may have and the coupon policies for most stores. They really make it exciting to learn to coupon and celebrate when you succeed!

But its not just about the coupons. This is a community that will share your laughter and tears. They have forums for everthing under the sun in a very user friendly site. Its the best support system I have found and best of all-ITS FREE!
