They are very prompt, they are affordable, and you get your money's worth with little to no exception. They are not very bad at all. Not only that, but Hot Topic is a good place to find yoru favorite name-brand merchandise, ranging from collectible toy items to music CD's, piercings, and shoes. The only problem is that they tend to have a small delay in recieving items that you haven't seen before while in the store. Though if you shop less than once every three weeks, this will not be a problem.
