Pros

    doesnt take up too much electricity, easy to use, good customer service, easy to pack, different temp. settings, straightens thick hair, cheap, long cord

Cons
    makes hair frizzy, breaks hair, sometimes just not hot enough

Hot Tools Professional Flat Iron — 

It's worth the $20. Does make hair a drop frizzy, but not enough to notice. Mine broke after two years and the company had me return it and gave me a brand new one for no charge.
