I like to take deep breathing with it. after word you are very relaxed. It is very relaxing. my husband loved it.I have had the hot stone and the stones are not that hot. they still mesaage but they mesage with the stone. its not a deep message. I take a hot shower afterword and drink water and a good nap and are set.
