Hot Fuzz —
I have to say first off that I was NOT even the slightest bit interested in Shaun of the Dead, but immediately upon seeing just the preview for this film I KNEW it was going to be awesome!! This movie is a broad collection of movie spoofs that you may not recognize right off the bat but one day, down the road you will see something (like the cranberry juice in the bar, name the film that came from....) and you will chuckle to yourself. I have to say that I was a bit surprised at the amount of gore that was shown in this movie but at the same time it was all the more entertaining. I think that Edgar really went above and beyond with this film. Even if you are not into British films, this is one you have got to see! Excellent!!!
