SPAM............ Whenever I hear people say that spam is annoying. ( meaning spam in email box) I think! WHY? Why do they have to call junk mail spam. Spam is good food. Grew up on Spam. Now my family eats it. Nothing like opening a can of spam and smelling that wonderful meaty aroma. Nothing beats the smell of spam. There are so many things to do with spam. Spam salad, fried spam, spam loaf, spam burgers, spam noodle salad, Need I go on? Did you know the spam can has become famous around here as being used for a cookie cutter. ( an empty washed can) Aunt Sally's Cookies with the white frosting.

Spam has been around longer then I have. It was first fed to our Soldiers way back in the early 1900's. Now it has become an American staple. At least in my family. Passed down from generation to the other. The third generation of eating Spam. I guess I could say fourth generation my daughter eats it. So my Grandma, mom, me and my daughter.
