Tip:  My friend from Thailand taught me to put the bacon on a cookie sheet in the oven to cook it! I line the cookie sheet with foil for easy cleanup.  I've been cooking my bacon like this for nearly 10 years now.  I turn the oven to 400 degrees and cook it for approximately 20-25 mins.  While its cooking, your hands are free to do other things in the kitchen or finish getting ready for work.  It's super easy.  I haven't cooked bacon in skillet ever since ~
