I would recomend this product to every one that could not get out to do there exersize it has everything  a person would want to walk run jog walk up hills and it also has a fan on it, it is the greatest thing a person could have intheir basement bedroom or whereever they had room for it , you can watch telivision and still work out and enjoy it and keep yourself in shape and not go out of your house to do it, I am thankfull that this is in my bedroom  because you can use it when ever you want to with out having to go anywhere.
