The Horizon T-500 Treadmill was on sale - for 50% off. It was during a major spring sale and I jumped on this deal like a Cheetah in action!
The Horizon T-500 is a treadmill that has extra cushioning for joint relief. This is a must for me and my bad knees. It's a lot more comfortable to walk on . It doesn't feel like I am walking on cement and after a few miles, doesn't hurt so bad that I want to give in and sit down!

We were looking for a reasonably priced home treadmill that would be sturdy enough to hold up to daily use for walking and jogging and we found it in the Horizon T500. The extras are terrific, a built in fan and speakers and a dock for my iPod, but you can use it with any mp3 player. It also has two cup holders, so if you are a distance runner you can have plenty of water available without having to stop your workout.
My husband is pretty handy, and he says it was a snap to set up and only took about an hour. The belt seems very sturdy and the machine overall has a nice sturdy feel to it. ...
