Love the treadmill, but hate running...

not a runner, not a gadget geek, health conscious, jogger, not a runner, Caring, weather conscious, wish I were a fitness buff

I would have to start out by saying that I do not do well at running...I have asthma and find it difficult to breath when I even jog let alone run! I have found that this treadmill, unlike others that I have ussed, makes it very easy for me to control the setting up and down so that I can take a few minutes to catch my breath and then go back up to break a sweat. I enjoy the fact that the belt isn't not a loud one as well. The other treadmill that I had about drove me nuts listening to it when I had headphones on...this one is very quite...some of that may be the fact that my other one was really old and I have only had this one for about 2 weeks...time will tell on that! Anyways, over all a product that I am happy with so far!
