Good buy when you don't want to spend money on Dyson.

I'll admit, I wanted the Dyson, but I didn't want to spend the money on the Dyson.  I bought this instead and, as it turns out, have been quite pleased with it.  It's got the power and the cyclonic action keeps it from clogging unlike my previous vacuum.

The main reason for choosing this product:
I have ALOT of carpet to vacuum, 2 cats, and 3 children of which one is a TODDLER! I don't just need a vacuum, I need a VACUUM! Ideally my family was MADE for the DYSON, but we cannot remotely afford one! I saw this particular vacuum at Walmart and liked the... review »

Best Vacuum I have ever used!!!

Wow, I was amazed at how much dirt this vacuum picked up and how easy it is to empty!  I borrowed a friends vacuum because mine had a broken belt.  I couldn't believe how much dirt this picked up compared to the $300 vacuum I was using! 

I immediately went out and bought one!  I love it.

I LOVE this vacumn!!! It is just as good as any Dyson out there(I've had a Dyson) and it doesn't cost nearly as much! My mom loved it so much that she took mine from me and I had to get another one! I would recommend this to everyone!!!! Best vacumn I've ever used

Nice looking but not as good as I thought!
Track in a lot of dirt, a dog owner, Practical Cleaner, Alwasy searching for new products, cost conscious, looking for convenience, pretty easy to please, a homeowner

We had recently moved into our new house when we bought this product. We previously lived in a house with hardwood floors so I only had an electric broom. Our new house had carpet. We own a border collie/australian shepard who has a black coat. We also have 2 boys ages 5 and 2. And white carpets. We knew we needed something strong. My husband told me to shell out for a dyson but I seen this and thought it would be nice and save us alot of money. I was very happy with it as first. It picked up all the dog hair and crumbs off my floor. After a few uses though it seemed to loose alot of its suction.... review »

don't buy this vacuum

This hoover is made so cheap. The wheels under the front break with no stress and the vacuum tore up my floor making grooves in my floor. The whole thing is cheap plastic. I called hoover 5 times and am still waiting for them to respond.
