I've had this product 12 years or more and wow...it still sucks. THe maintenance is so easy. I keep it upstairs and then use a different one downstairs. The bag is very easy to change out and doesn't make a mess. I've never had to replace anything but the bag. The suction power is amazing. I can't believe that such a reasonably priced vacuum works as well as it does.
