Hoover U5194-900 Mach5 Multi-Chamber Cyclonic Vacuum Cleaner Bagless Vacuum Review

I purchased the Hoover Mach 5 six months ago for a household of 7 with a dog.  My complaints are minor but enough to make me wish I had purchased something else.  I spent a little more than my last vacuum thinking I was buying convenience.  I love the retractable cord, but it is located at the very bottom of the cleaner making it tough to hold the cord out of the way when vacuuming.  There is a tiny clip on the handle to hold the cord, but the clip is so small the cord always comes loose, and I have to stop and pick it back up.  Annoying!  The molding around the base of the cleaner is blue and has left blue lines on all my white baseboards.  Extremely annoying!  The most annyoing thing is the powered hand tool, which is one of the reasons I purchased this model.  I thought it would make vacuuming my stairs easier, but the brush does not spin even after checking and rechecking for blockages, and that is after only using it about 5 times!  I have owned Hoovers before and was happy, so I thought I was investing wisely.  I am very disappointed in this product!
