Hoover SteamVac - Upright Vacuum SpinScrub - F5914-900  — 

I love my Hoover steam vac because it makes big messes on the carpet "no big deal". When I didn't have one, a dropped glass of juice was a major problem. With the steam vac, a dropped glass of juice is just an opportunity to steam clean the rug. It's easy to use and a lot less expensive than renting. I also don't like renting because then you get other people's dirt (and often these are rented for vomit and urine issues) into your house. Gross!
