This machine wouldn't stay on for a period of time. It would simply turn itself off and come back on when it felt like it. It also left horrible streaks all over the floor. I took it back and got a refund.

I recently bought my dual v steam vac at a local vacuum store i look at all the hoover models ps bissell sucks mine blew up on me in the driveway lol anyway i paid 185 and it was a fabulous deal it has auto rinse as well as heated cleaning a generous sized hose as well as a mini powerhead for furniture and stairs and by the time your done 20 min later your carpet is dry it's awesome i would never use another machine other than a hoover

My Hoover does a great job!  The clean up is a snap!  The only downfall with this item is you can only get done w/about half of a room before it's time to refill again.  Other than that, i love it.  The carpet looks brand new when I'm done.  I have a 2 year old so I get the chance to use this quite often.
