Cheap, functional and light

Comments about Hoover Sprint QuickVac Bagless Upright:

I purchased this to avoid using my older and much heavier vacuum. I have hard wood floors with rugs and it works well on the rugs. It is not so wonderful on my hard wood floors but I rarely use it for that.

Maneuverability
It is wonderfully light and easy to maneuver in a small house. I frequently have my 8 year old assist me in vacuuming and he is able to handle it really well.

Ease of Maintenance
We can empty it easily and I ensure that we clean it our regularly to increase performance levels. I have washed the filter on occasion and have found this to improve.

Suction Performance
It is a powerful machine that has wonderful suction power.

Versatility
I primarily use it on rugs but can use it on hard wood but I find it less effective there. It is light enough that I can carry it up to my 2nd and 3rd floors which is wonderful.

Design
It has a nice design.

Durability
I have had this vacuum for over 2 years and usually use it daily in my downstairs rooms. It continues to be really effective.

Awesome... for the money

Comments about Hoover Sprint QuickVac Bagless Upright:

Wonderful little vacuum with exceptional cleaning power. For a small vacuum it's out-preformed many of the more expensive vacuums I've used over the years. It always manages to find more and more dirt. You can clean a spot three times and still it will find more. Downside though is it does feel cheap. My handle fell off after 6 months and I had to fix it using a inventive paperclip latch. Also you pull the handle out to use as the crevasse wand, which is a pain and you can't attach anything directly to the "sucker" tube, the only attachment attaches to the handle/wand. This is a perfect vacuum though for small apartments.

Maneuverability
Easy to spin around to places. Canister though makes it difficult to squeeze under low places, like beds.

Ease of Maintenance
Very impressed at how easy it is to clean. It's easy to empty with a flip open canister.

Suction Performance
This sucker with suck the DNA out of an amoeba.

Versatility
Hard to switch to wand mode.

Design
Compact design but I wish the handle release was a lever and not a foot pull.

Durability
Very durable, but I doubt it will last more than a few years.
