Overall, this is a great vacuum. It is uses air suction and has no bags just like a Dyson, but for 1/4 to 1/3 of the price of a Dyson vacuum. It works just as well. No complaints about it so far. Cleans hardwood and carpet really well.

I give this satisfactory because of the few things that are BAD but make the unit a pain in the long run. I have used WINDTUNNEL for YEARS but this one is the worst decision I made. It has awesome suction but if you use the hose you lose some suction power. When you use attachments the hose comes off at the base when you go at it hard. If your just going easy your fine. But if you really wanna clean - the hose comes off every two or three strokes. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING!!! Maneuverability Maneuvers great! No issues there. Alittle heavy but worth it with the suction power. Ease of Maintenance I give this satisfactory because of all the filters and the fact that you have to actually squirt out the canister to get it clean. I can't stand looking at the dirt build up in there. I wish I woulda stayed w/my bagged BUT THEY DON"T MAKE ANY REALLY GOOD ONES ANYMORE!!! Suction Performance ONE WORD.....AWESOME!!! Versatility Not to great in this area. When you switch from floor to hose the hose comes out and you lose suction power to. The hole is not covered at all when you take out the wand so there is nothing to help w/the suction. Design LOOKS REALLY COOL...just not designed w/actual usage in mind to a degree. The hose needed to be designed better to stay in the bottom holder and you only have room on board for 2 attachments. Durability Very durable!

Alot of clogging and issues with upkeep. I am deeply disappointed in the suction power of this vacuum. Ease of Maintenance Temperamental maintenance to say the least. Suction Performance Not a pet friendly vacuum. I spent more time cleaning out the hoses and attachments to clear out minor to major clogs than I do using this vacuum. Usually the clogs were connected to the actual base of the hose to vacuum connection. Which meant I would need to unscrew sections to remove the basis of the blockages. I have found this still do not resolve the issue, and I ended up sweeping the carpeting to compensate for the inability of the vacuum to pick up most items from the floor. I was so disappointed with it's ability to pick up, I was even further disappointed with the price I paid. Versatility This product could be more versatile with it's options of attachments or extensions without paying more. Design I believe this design may be connected to the poor quality of suction. I would rather have better hoses and

This vacuum is almost perfect.  It has some really great qualities, which I thought at first were unnecessary.  It has a headlight, which lights up the area in front of it when vacuuming.  It also reads "clean" and "dirty."  It seems that if you vacuum slowly, almost keeping the vacuum in the same place, the "dirty" reading will eventually change to "clean."  It has strong suction for vacuuming and the attachments.  This is important since I have a puggle who sheds everywhere!  The vacuum does a good though not perfect job of picking up the short dog hair off the carpet and couch.  I do wish the wand for the handheld attachments was longer.  I often find myself stretching it to the max to reach.  The power button and carpet length adjustments are in easy reach right on the handle.  I like the color and styling of the vacuum as well.  Another downfall is that the vacuum is quite heavy.  This is a challenge when I'm trying to vacuum the stairs.  Between trying to balance the heavy vacuum and working with the short wand, it is difficult to vacuum on the stair's carpet.  I also wish the wheels weren't fixed.  It's hard to make sharp turns with vacuuming.

Hoover - WindTunnel - Bagless Upright Vacuum -UH70015 We bought a Hoover Windtunnel bagless upright vacuum and are totally disappointed.  Having just purchased a new house with carpet throughout and owning two cats, we wanted something that would pick up the pet hair.  The windtunnel picks up the pet hair fairly well, but it does not pick up dust and debris from the carpet.  Going over the same spot repeatedly still skips over fuzz and other dirt on the carpet.  It picks up fairly well on a hard floor, but still skips over things.  The bagless feature and hepa filter were selling points that seem to work okay.  But what we really need is a vacuum that will clean the carpets.  The design of the vacuum seems good.  It has convenient onboard tools and they actually do a good job.  However, we are presently reviewing other vacuums.  We are checking with customer service but have not had any solutions at present   I would not recommend it

I decided that I wanted a vaccuum that I would enjoy using since it is my least favorite chore.  I found a keeper.  It is easy to use and cleans great.  My favorite feature is an indicator light that says "dirty" when you get to a spot on the carpet where the vaccuum has to use extra suction.  When it has gotten the deep dirt the little light changes to "clean".  It has made it all seem like more of an adventure.  Fun stuff.
