Hoover H3030 FloorMate SpinScrub 500 Upright Wet/Dry Vacuum Review

I have hardwood and tile floors. In the past I brought out the vacuum then the mop to clean. The idea of combining both into one was very appealing. The second time I used it one of the two latches that hold the "nozzle" in place broke off. I tried to fix the latch but that wasn't going to happen. I was able to hold things together with a rubber band to finish the job. I emailed the company about the problem and they emailed me a link to find a repair center near me.  They don't list the nozzle assembly as a replacement part on the web site. I have continued to use the machine with descent results. It has a high profile so it doesn't fit under everything but does fit easily under toe kick of cabinets and lays flat enough to go under bed and dresser. It has a separate brush for tile and grout. In my small bathroom it is too large to fit in small spaces around toilet so I don't even bother with it in there. It does a good job of cleaning the floors. Although I am not excited about its construction I look forward to future versions of this product.
