The Hoover FloorMate SpinScrub is a great invention, especially for my ceramic tiles in my kitchen. They are not smooth tiles, so a swiffer or a sponge mop just won't do the cleaning. It is pretty good. It gets my floor clean, sometimes I have to go over a spot a few times, but it does the trick. It is not quite as good as a scrub brush, but I think it is fine. It is easy enough to use. It is a wet and dry vac also. It folds down for easy storgage also. It is easy to clean after using too. It has a little attachment also, for bathrooms or underneath counters. I got it because it is easier to use this machine than to get on my hands and knees with a scrub brush. Like I said, it does not clean the tiles as well as a scrub brush, but it does a decent enough job and the floor looks great.

The Hoover FLoormate H3044 is indeed a life saver for me, and for my parents (who have both had knee replacement and can't get down to really clean their tile floors anymore).  I have back problems and bending is something I can't do for long.  This new model has 7 brushes across and covers a wide area, making cleaning go faster.  The handle folds down for easy storage, the water tanks are just the right size to hold enough to be able to clean a nice space, but yet not be heavy to carry filling and emptying.  The first time I cleaned my tile and vinyl floors, I couldn't believe the difference in them.  And it also picks up so much of the water the floors were dry in minutes after I cleaned them
