practical
Pros

    cuts cleaning time in half, very easy to set up and use, long cord, cleaning solution smells good

Cons
    grout brush doesn't come with it, included bottle of cleaner is a bit smal, resevoirs cups could be bigger

My little condo is nothing but ceramic tile floors and I hated using a mop and bucket.  Now that I have this, I've cut my cleaning time in half and I don't have to deal with a messy mop and dirty bucket any more. It's a little pricey, but for the convenience it's really worth it.  The cleaner that comes with it smells great and my floors feel great under my bare feet!  The only downside is that it doesn't come with a grout brush, but overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.
