It was getting to be about a week since I had placed the order. I live in Texas so no matter where anything ships from it doesn't take long to get here. I try to get a tracking number from the customer service link online. I reply to the email a couple of days later & it goes ignored. I send another message online & I get the same response. I had ordered the HONEYWELL HY-048BP Digital Tower Fan with Ionizer from them so I just decided instead to get it quicker & for about the same price & ordered it from a REAL company instead "iAllergy". It's only going to take 2-4 days to get here.
I went ahead & opened a dispute with PayPal, he just made one comment saying the same thing about checking with the mfg warehouse, then closed it & refunded my money. After that he just canceled the order. So obviously he knew the whole time that it never had shipped to me & this was now 10 days after placing & paying for the order...
