The 360 degree Honeywell heater is the best space heater for it's value.  I think I paid twent five dollars for mine.  it works wonders.  It really does heat up your house but it does it in a satisfactory amount of time.  I have paid fifty to sixty dollars for a space heater before and it never worked this good.
