Before we purchased our Honeywell HEPAClean Tower Air Purifier, we spent bookoos of money on worthless allergy medications to absolutely no avail. Now, with this air purifier, we do not spend nearly as much money on allergy medications or doctor's visits. Everybody is healthier, happier, and better off! Ease of Maintenance This air purifier is very easy to maintain. I love it! Dust/Allergen Removal We always had really bad allergies around here, but not now! I could not believe the difference my air purifier has made! We have been staying healthier, breathing better, and everybody in the house loves it! Filter Availability You would not believe the stuff you breathe in every day! It really is insane! Durability Not bad at all. I hope it lasts for years to come! You should try it too! Effectiveness One of the most effective air purifiers I think I have ever owned. I just love it! Design I love the design of this air purifier. It is very nice to look at and still does a great job too.

I use this air purifier in my living room (and my husband has one in his large home office in our basement), and it works great! It can be a little loud, even on low settings, but I've gotten used to the white noise. We just turn it off if we want to watch TV or a movie. Or we just turn the TV up. Ease of Maintenance This air purifier is pretty easy to maintain. The filter is easy to clean, and we try to vacuum the entire unit about once a month to help keep the whole thing working well. Dust/Allergen Removal I've noticed a huge difference in dust since we've been usingt his air purifier. I have to clean less often, and our spring allergy symptoms are a lot less now that we're using this air purifier. Filter Availability I've never had a problem finding filters. I usually buy 3 or 4 at a time just to stock up, but they've always been available in the store. Durability We run our air purifiers pretty much 24 hours a day. We turn them down or off sometimes but only for a few hours at a time. We've had them for a while and have never had a problem. Effectiveness Very effective for dust and allergens. Design This is a larger air purifier, so it's harder to keep out of the way than a small one, but it looks nice, and the controls are easy to use.

OK, not a cheap one. But well worth it. I bought this thing a couple of years ago, when there were issues due to mold in my kitchen. I am allergic to mold, which was giving me migraines. It took over a month between when the mold was discovered to deciding on a company to handle the renovation, and I kept getting migraines because of the allergy. None after getting this! I survived the kitchen renovation (tons of dust) and a bathroom renovation after that. Before it, I once ended up in the emergency room because of allergies... but not any more. The filters are easy to clean (but you need to remember to clean them!), and it is overall very easy to maintain. It is less noisy than expected, so if needed I can leave it on overnight in my bedroom. Lightweight to carry around. Ease of Maintenance Very easy to maintain - just clean the filters regularly. Dust/Allergen Removal Excellent!!! Well worth the money. It works well under difficult conditions (e.g. renovation). Durability No problems after 2 years. Effectiveness I am impressed how well it worked with my allergies. Design Beautiful - it's fits nicely with the rest of my decor.

Between living in a not so airtight 100 year old house, near a busy roadway, and having a smoker in the house. we needed an air purifier and cleaner. I had no idea how dirt the air in my house was until I bought this air purifier. It took ONE day for the filter to show exactly how dirty the air we were breathing was. After using this product for a month, we noticed that we breathed easier, had less sinus, eye and throat irritations and infections. We bought a second one for the upstairs! It is loud, but we got used to the sound quickly, and we do not run it at night while we are sleeping, as we are both light sleepers. Lol! But during the day, it's "noise" actually covers the loud car sounds from the roadway nearby, and we like this! Easy to use, and effective! Ease of Maintenance Took a few minutes to take it apart the first time to look at the filter, but READ the manual and it will be easy. (My partner was convinced he didn't need to read the manual the first time... and he finally did and wished he had just done so to begin with!) Filter Availability In my area the stores that carry the filters tend to be sold out, so we buy extras when we find them in stock.) Durability So far so good, but at less than a year old, it remains to be seen...) Design It is a bit large and sticks out in a room, and is a bit futuristic for my 100 year old home... but that is over-ridden by it's effectiveness.

Let me review this from the perspective of having allergies to dust mites and air-borne allergens and using this in my bedroom so I can sleep better. (I'm also a fairly particular sleeper!) I have used several less expensive air purifiers but have found that the Honeywell HEPAClean Tower Air Purifier was worth the extra price. One drawback is that it is sort of loud, but it's actually a nice white noise that has HELPED me fall asleep. If it goes off for any reason (it will go off if the power even flickers a little and we live in an area where we lose power occasionally) and I forget to turn it back on, I don't sleep as well and I wake up a little stuffy. There are a lot of options with this filter, and I'll admit - I just turn it on and let it go. I don't set the timer, I don't make adjustments, I don't turn it off and on. I don't like replacing the odor filter but, if you are using it to purify the air with the HEPA filter that's not vital. If you are using it in a bedroom like I do, know that it does give off a fair amount of light when it is on. The light on ours is a fairly bright blue and it can be disturbing. Other than that cosmetic issue, it's been excellent.

Although the Honeywell HEPAClean Tower Air Purifier with UV Germ Reduction & CZ Odor Control wasn't cheap, buying an air purifier was a necessity for our home and this air purifier seemed to fit the bill the best.  Our cat has asthma and we needed something to help clean the air for her.  So far, it appears to be working.  Of course, it's hard to say. This device sold me because it was a large size and works for large rooms without being overly large and dominating.  it has a removable filter that you can take out and vacuum to clean thus saving you from having to buy replacement filters.  It has a UV germ reduction and an ionizer that can be turned on or off.  It also oscillates if you want it to.  It has a timer as well and a power control.  The power control also controls how noisy the machine is. The only downfall that I can tell is that the machine is essentially a fan - sucking air in and blowing it out - so it can blow cold air around.  Just be careful where you position it.

I have never owned an air purifier before and purchased two of these for my home when I found out that one of my pets has asthma.  I was hopeful that this would help ease the symptoms and clean the air of toxins, especially mold.  One was placed in the main living area and one was placed in the master bedroom. I noticed a difference in the living room air quality within a few hours of having it on.  The air was noticeably cooler and crisp and lighter.    The features are UV Light, oscillation, ionization, and multiple power levels.  Additionally the unit is sharp looking with lighted buttons and a lighted display when the buttons are pushed.  It offers multiple cleaning levels along with a timer, all digital.  I haven't found the unit to be too noisy although you can definitely hear it running.   So far, I feel that I have gotten my money's worth on this product.  It wasn't very cheap and I have read that the odor control filters can only be ordered directly from the manufacturer at 25.00 a piece.  I am only using the odor control strip in my living room unit so I have a spare from the second one that was purchased, so I'm hoping they start to carry them in the stores in the near future before I have to buy one.

I did not actually buy the Honeywell HEPAClean Tower Air Purifier; a friend gave it to me since she was moving to a different place and did not want to carry it with her. I have never had any air purifier before, and this is my first one. I have to say: it is so good and it works so well. When the first day I moved in to my apartment, it smelled so bad and there was dusts everywhere. I turned the Honeywell HEPA Clean Tower Air Purifier on for two days, and the odor of the old stick apartment in my room was gone. One good thing about this air purifier is that you don't have to replace the filters. There's a timer and few different power levels. One thing that I really don't like about this Honeywell HEPAClean Tower Air Purifier is that it is so loud. It's been very difficult for me to fall into asleep while the air purifier is on. It may be a major concern if you are considering to buy this purifier but you can't stand having loud sound while sleeping.
