Honeywell Fan - Stand Fan - HFS-641P Reviews

My husband and I use fans thru out our house so we have a lot of them.  Last year the fan in our bedroom started making too many werid noises which made it hard to sleep so I replaced it this year with a new Honeywell fan that we just love.

I found the Honeywell Platinum Air 16 inch premium remote control stand fan (whew, what a mouthful!) at Walgreen's for $35.  Normal price is $40.  It caught my eye quite quickly though because the box said that it has several speeds but also a remote control which is nice because sometimes the fan needs to be turned up, down, or off and the remote saves us...

The fan works just fine and the remote and timer are nice features. However, this fan is very very loud! The low setting sounds like the high setting on most fans and it is a bit stronger than what low should be. The breeze option is more annoying than anything. It seems to work by turning the fan on and off... I guess because a breeze isn't constant? This would probably be fine - maybe even nice - if the fan wasn't so loud! So the fan gets soft then loud, soft then loud. It is not a feature I wiil ever use because of this.I also purchased a Soleus fan with remote for my roommate. I bring them...

this fan has three speeds and is very cool i love this fan even on low it feels much better thenn beofer and after i turn the fan off thers dstill air circultaling the only thing i dont like about it it the bottom its big and bulky i think this fan is great for peopke that dont like it hot but not to be ftoo cold this fan makes its eaisier to sllep at night and also to relax during the day this fan has 3 different speeds and just being on low  keeps me chill theres also a timer so it saves electriscty when its not needed easy touch buttons and all it moves back and forth to get the air curiculating...

• It worked very good so i went back and got another for my computer desk. It is light weight and the bigger the fan the quieter the fan. I think everyone should own at least one. They are just that good. The best fan i have had for the price. Here are the reasons (that i have not mentioned already).

The Honeywell Air Platinum 16 inch stand fan works very well. My english teacher had one of these that she used in our classroom. I remember is being one of the hottest days towards the end of the year and her room was one of the coolest! I remember sitting the the first row in the room and having it blow on me. It was very refreshing.
