Honda Pilot - 2008 Review Summary
The 2008 Honda Pilot is getting a lot of good feedback from our reviewers. They love the safety rating, the looks of the vehicle, the fuel ratings, the extra room from the “third” seat, and the smooth ride the Honda Pilot delivers. My fellow Americans, if you are in the market for an SUV, please look no further. If you want an SUV that is smartly designed, handles great, has an outstanding drivers view of the road, gets good fuel economy for an SUV and is consistantly rated among the best in it's class by all auto reviewers under the sun, all you have to do is test drive the Pilot. I have always had a honda! My first was the regular 2006 civic, then I upgraded to the 2007 civic SI...and finally I decided the Pilot was where I should have started all along! I have two soon to be very big boxers (one will be about 100pds and the other at 60 when fully grown) and had been avoiding rplanning road trips home because my previous sedans just didnt offer the room for such long trips with them, my fiance and luggage! Now the kids (dogs) can lay down in the back when I put the third row seat down with plenty of room to play and sleep!

This is my third SUV. My first was a '96 Blazer....bad news! My second was a '98 Mercury Mountaineer....loved it (and still own it)!! So I was a bit apprehensive about moving to a Honda, but I'm totally satisfied with my decision. It has a smoother ride due to its unibody suspension and more traditional car tires (vs. knobby truck tires). It is noticeably larger both inside and out.
