value conscious
The Honda Element is a type of suburaban/rural hybrid design. The reasonable fuel economy mixed with ample cargo capacity sets it in the mini van category with some exceptions. — — Pro:The real advantages to the Element are in the simplicity of dsesign. A utilitarian interior fits in well with its rural character. The floor is a tough plastic that you can move and slide boxes on without a lot of concern to damage. Mud wipes up with a damp towel. There are not a lot of frills to break or damage. — — The engine and driveline are also simple. The adequate but…

Safety conscious, appreciative of good service, dependent on daily vehicle, parent, cost-conscious, love to travel, practical, a woman
I am on my second Honda Element. When I went shopping for my first one, my stepdad was actually the one to suggest I test drive the Element. He and the salesman (who was 6'4") sat in the back and had plenty of room. I loved the amount of head and leg room that the Element provides. I am 6'1" and have never had this much head or legroom in a vehicle. I fell in love with it. My Element was only 1 year old when an inattentive driver forced me off the road and it was totaled. My insurance company sent me a check for $800 less than the selling price. …

his car is dream for me. I have owned it for over 2 years and have never loved a car more. It is roomy, has many options for seating and is very comfortable. The back seat has a "stadium seating" type design and is very roomy . There is plenty of leg room. There is an input that I can plug in to connect my ipod or CD player. I have even connected my computer and watched a movie in surround sound. he seats can lay completely flat, be pushed to the side or completely removed. I bought the tent attachment and the floor can be removed and made into…

in favor of fun cars, married, parent, practical, love to travel, daily driver, budget-conscious traveler, cares for the environment
We've had our Element since 2003 and it's been problem free the entire time. Maintenance is basic. It's a fun car to drive. We've driven it cross country twice! We love the suicide doors. The design is very clever because of the doors. Compact on the outside and surprisingly roomy on the inside. We call it our clown car because of the deceptively small exterior and large interior. We have the all-wheel drive with 6 cylinders. It's a little lacking in power and pick up but overall it's a great car. —…

I really enjoy my element. It drives really nice. I travel state wide with my band on tour and before we got our bus this was it. It took us where we wanted to go, was light on gas, and was comfortable throughout the tour. —
They are so easy to clean, which was a great aspect of the car with three guys traveling day to day. —
People made fun of it because it isn't a great looking car, but it is unique, and really is roomy and set up well, which makes up for the unique look —…

practical, value conscious, cost-conscious
I am a large person and found this SUV to be very roomy! I have to admit that as a short heavy person it was hard to get up into, but I eventually managed. I took it for a test drive and was able to manuever the pedals with no problem and turn the wheel with no problem. The car handled perfectly and I decided that this car was just made for me! —…
