Honda Accord - 2008 Reviews

I am a car nut and over the past 12 years have bought a good number of cars. Every car I've ever purchased has been brand new- right off the lot. My burning checkbook is proof! the re-designed 2008 accord coupe is a big improvement over my previous 2000 model in terms of appearance, the quality of the ride and special added features.  the drive is smoother, which is especially noticeable when making turns. the features that i like best are the seat warmers, built-in tire pressure monitor, and oil change monitor which automatically alerts you when it's time to have the oil changed.  the accord is not considered a luxury vehicle, but my v6 ex-L model is just "luxury" enough to make my long daily commutes more… read full review »

The Accord EX is a roomy car!  I love the way it looks and handles.  The radio is nice, with the 6 disc changer built-in.  The steering wheel controls are also nice.  The only drawback so far is that the 4 cylinder model does not have much pick-up when you are getting onto the highway.  Once you are up to speed, it is fine.  So far, the gas mileage has been about 20 mpg, but I am doing mainly city driving currently.  It is very comfortable to drive.  It is a big car, bigger than the previous Accords from other years.  I like that I can adjust the… read full review »

OMG I cant say enough about this car, it is the best thing I have driven all around. I have always been a ahonda lover but this just tops them all. Istarted with an acura (honda family ) and then had a civic and then had a honda pilot and after a yr with the pilt and gas prices sorring, I went to a new accord. I have two kids, a 6yr old and a 6 month old, Im married and this car just suits all out needs. I leased the new 2008 Honda Accord EX-L V6 two months ago and I pleasantly surprised at how nice the car drives.  For one thing, it looks much better than the previous models, exterior and interior.  Getting on the highway is no problem thanks to the 268 horses in the Accord.  Once you sit inside the car, you get the feel that you are in a luxury automobile.  — Here is one of my cons:  No windshield washer warning light.  Come on Honda, it probably doesn't cost that much to add it.  The other con is that the Tire Pressure Monitor is very… read full review »

Compared to the older models, who ever would of thought accords would turn into this sleek new automobile. I am a Honda lover, and am glad they made such an improvement to these models. All the new tweaks really add something to this car. It has so much room, its crazy. Driving the car feels like your at home in a dream.
