Homewood Suites was an excellent experience and a great value. No need for a car -- the Gateway shopping and dining district in SLC is just a couple blocks away and the rail system is very close as well.

Entertainment: Short Walk, theatre, dining and shopping are just a short walk.

The brand new Homewood Suites Salt Lake City Downtown is located near the heart of downtown and one block south of the trendy Gateway Center. The Gateway has several shops, restaurants and theaters. Additionally the downtown business district is located a short three blocks from the hotel. Another nearby attraction is the Delta Center, where concerts and sporting events are held. The Delta Center is two blocks north of the hotel. Finally, the Salt Place Convention Center is located three blocks northeast of the hotel. So if you happen to be in town for a convention the Salt Lake City Downtown Homewood Suites by Hilton is your perfect home away from home.
