Homewood Suites - Memphis, TN Review

Our stay at Homewood Suites on Hacks Cross in Memphis/Germantown was enjoyable considering we are locals that stayed because of an insurance claim. So far, after 2 weeks, we have had a great experience. The Assistant GM, Jeffery, has gone out of his way for us in spite of problems from the insurance company. The breakfast host Betty makes everyone feel welcome and is very personable. Front Desk staff has been very accomodating. Would recommend this hotel, located conveniently across from Fedex headquarters. Also, near many popular restaurant and shopping!
