This sucks

a serious student, a good test taker, into school rank, caring about sports, into the social scene
Cons
    it lonely for the kid, mom or dad could miss a subject, he wont have a fun time at school

I know for a fact that home schooling in general is horrible for children for a variety of reasons and an online program would be even worse. The academics of an online course are not challenging at all and are not worth your money. Take my advice: if you want your child to get a good education, send them to private school!
