Now having a new washing machine, I have to buy detergent that has the HE on it. I found this laundry detergent and I love it. The cost is not bad at all. It is a little higher due to the special type it is for the washing machine I have, but it is so worth it. It cleans our clothes very well. I have a young child and it cleans all of her daily stains so that is awesome. It also has a very fresh scent. I love this laundry detergent and I know if you try it you will love it too. It is sometimes hard to find in the stores so that is one of the problems I have. I think because it is so popular. I know several people who use this laundry detergent and they love it as well. I would recommend this product to anyone and have. It is definitely worth a try. I was worried that it could be too harsh on my daughters skin, but there has been no issues there. That is an awesome feeling to know it is a safe brand for my child. Performance Cleans our clothes very well. Scent It has an awesome fresh scent.

I am the family shopper and cleaning person. Finding effective and cost effective cleaning products is always a challenge. House brands are an option and I will try them if on sale. This product, the **Homelife Laundry Detergent 2x Mountain Stream 100 oz  **is an example, as Homelife is one of the house brands for the SuperValu chain and stocked by their Chicago brand, Jewel. I usually buy Xtra unless something else is on sale for less. but recently, the **Homelife Laundry Detergent 2x Mountain Stream 100 oz** was on sale, making it less expensive than the Xtra. This brand is marketed as similar to Purex and it's 2x concentrated, meaning you use less. The 100 oz bottle does 64 laundry loads. And, it does those loads adequately. The clothes get reasonably clean in all temperatures and they have a slight but pleasant spring scent. We typically wash in warm water but also do hot and cold wash loads. As the family cleaning person, it's me against the dirt. I will buy branded detergent if the sale is good enough. However, this house brand does a competent job and is a great value when on sale.
