I have been searching high and low for the Homedics Shiatsu Pillow; a pillow which can withstand me laying down right on it with minimal loss of massaging force. I am glad, however, I didn't buy this for the heating element. The massagers turn red to tell you the heating function is on but you wouldn't know it when using the pillow. The size is great though and I love the fact it doesn't run on batteries! I could do without the noise but if the noise means a stronger massage, I'm sold! Yet, If I use it to long, I do wake up the next day sore.

The power of the massagers may be to much for some....

I recently bought the Homedics Shiatsu Pillow because I was have pain and tension in my neck.  I tried out several different type of massgers at the store but they just did not have the power, control and tightness in the massage action that the Homedics Shiatsu Pillow has.

I tried the chair massagers that that are pads that you place over a chair. I did not like them because they were not powerful enough and you did not control of where the massage occurs and how long. I wanted to target my massage and the chair massagers follow their own pattern that the massage takes. I also wanted to be able...

     So far I love this product and can't find enough good things to say about it.

     Most of all I like the versatility for the value. This pillow costs far less than the full pad massagers. The rollers are the perfect spacing to be used for both back and neck massage. The option heat is also a great feature.

     It seems I do either a lot of sitting or a lot of standing at work, but never a combination. This causes stiffness in my neck and lower back. This massager is the perfect tool at the end of the day.

I got this  Homedics Shiatsu Massage Pillow about a week ago and so far I really love it!  I've been using in while sitting at my office chair and it really helps to keep the tension knots away.    The only drawback that I can find is that it turns itself off after about 20 minutes.  I wish it were an option to have auto off or a setting where it would run until turned off.  My spouse has been using it a lot too, we may need to buy a second one!.
