You're right about the vinegar. White vinegar is a many purpose cleaner. I hadn't heard about the smuggling yet. What next - road blocks?  These people aren't helping anything, just adding to the problem not the solution. Borax helps in the laundry too. A good booster. Amazing what people will do. Instead of spending the money on gas for the smuggling escapades, they can  use it on healthy green products like Seventh Generation (with the added bonus of no animal testing)!     : )
