Does anyone know if new ovens take MUCH longer to preheat than older models?  We recently upgraded to an awesome new 36" Wolf oven, but it can easily take 20 minutes or more to heat up to 350 degrees - which is really aggravating.  I don't know if ours isn't working properly, or if that's just the way these new ovens work.  Any ideas?

Something must be wrong, or it's not as "awesome" as you might have thought. 10 minutes should be it.

If it's a gas oven, do you use natural gas or propane? They use different jets to make the correct heat and will not work properly if you have the wrong jets installed. If you use propane and the oven ships with the correct jets for natural gas, it will not make the right heat.

If it's an electric oven, then I have no idea what the problem could be.
