Help with a toaster oven

Does anyone out there know of a well insulated toaster oven with a timer that is easy to use? The last one warped the cabinet door above it and I badly burnt my arm on the outside of it. It is for my mother who wants a timer that turns it off in case she forgets it!

Check out the Black and Decker name...I was just at the store looking at them myself. Not sure if they are insulated though, but it didn't have the metal cover like most do.
